The resort includes two buildings with a total of 69 units, three that are privately owned. The VI program is in a three story building with six two-bedroom condominiums and a seven story tower housing 54 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom EZ units and two luxurious four-bedroom penthouses. Vallarta Torre is located on the beach in Puerto Vallarta approximately two miles south of the airport and a short cab ride from downtown Puerto Vallarta.
